Lull Telehandlers
Ever since the year 1959, Lull has been making telehandlers. Their machinery have been made for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This particular system provides a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a large variety of optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you accomplish your needs, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. If precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
To be able to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible, many attachments have been designed and developed like winches, booms, and rotating fork carriages, to enable the forklift to place materials more precisely. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures in order to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New attachments and products are being developed and engineered all the time and will be available in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For instance, load-reach management devices are able to automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The memory of the boom will compare the extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits, once the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
